I believe in me now. I believe that I am enough. I believe I am loved, wanted and beautiful. 

I believe in Jesus. I believe He is my Savior. I believe He loves me.

Life can be a little scary at times, but through Jesus I can make it. I don't have to be afraid.  I am brave. I am strong. I am smart.

I believe Jesus walks with me. I believe He helps me. With Jesus I find my way. 

I am brave. I am capable. I am victorious!

Sometimes, life can seem overwhelming. The unknown. Change.

But then I remember Jesus is with me. I am never alone. He is my superpower. My Hero.

"Be brave. I am with you," He assures me. "Okay. Be brave. God is with me," I repeat to myself. 

I believe I can. I will! I am brave, because God is with me always.

Dear KU Ladies: Focus on you. Love you. Believe in you. Work on you everyday. Taking care of yourself is so important. Be proactive. Learn yourself and know yourself well. Listen to your intuition. I know we live in a culture where we depend heavily on doctor's and medicine. However, some things we experience can be cured just by changing how we eat and incorporating fitness and establishing a practical yet personal relationship with God. I get it. Some people may not need to go to the gym regularly to stay fit. God bless their good genes. However, many of us must incorporate fitness and good eating habits to maintain our health and wellness. I totally understand. Preferences. Beliefs. Everyone is entitled to choose what path they will follow. Whatever suits you.
