I am honest with my personal evaluation and progress. With God's help and strength, I am accomplishing my goals. I am making progress. 

No one has to tell me to change. I'm holding myself accountable. I'm mature enough to admit to my shortcomings and improve myself regularly. 

I'm on my A game. I am thoroughly honest with myself. I am adamant about getting better and doing my best.

I am not harsh or oblivious. I am logical and patient with myself and my growth. I will not lag behind, because I am diligent. 

I am steady and realistic. I accomplish my goals. I set new goals when I've accomplished my current one's. 

I am rational, reliable and resilient. I seek God's advice and guidance. I overcome challenges, and change whatever needs to change. 

I am proactive. I am proficient. I am productive.

I am thriving. I refute procrastination. I am focused, and I am set for a blessed 2026, in Jesus name. Amen.

My soul will be still. In God I rest. I will rest my soul in the presence of God, and be refreshed. I will not grow tired. I refuse to be bothered. I will not be weighted down with the cares, deadlines, budgets or pressures of this life. I am not stressed out. I will take time to just breathe. I will take time to be still. I will enjoy moments and the momentum of rest. I will come to the presence of God and find rest. I am a man of God. God is healing me. I am set free from the stress, tears and fears plaguing my life that are weighing me down. Like Abraham, Jacob and Joshua, I will run to God. I am on the Lord's side. As for me and my household we will serve the Lord. I find strength, hope, faith, direction, salvation and instructions in the presence of God. I will turn to God for guidance.
