I am moving forward. 

My life is up to me. I take full responsibility for it. God will guide my outcome. I depend on Him for wisdom and guidance. 

I am advocating for my personal growth and development. I am devoted to learning what is needed to grow and to advance. I rebuke and renounce barricades and barriers hindering my growth and advancement. 
 
I am learning new things. I am challenging myself to rise to the occasion to learn and to grow. I am learning new skills and putting to use skills from my prior experiences. 

I am not afraid. I am proactive. I challenge myself to listen and to understand new concepts and methods that compliment my growth and development. 

I am constantly evolving. I'm pushing pass limitations and limiting beliefs. I am finishing what I start.

I am not afraid to push pass people, places and things that refuse to grow and that hinder my growth. My progress is maximized. I celebrate my own progress not just the progress of others.

I am not a distraction or discouragement to others. I encourage others to grow. I celebrate their victories, and pray for them through challenges. 

I refuse to conform to mediocrity. God is fully involved in every area of my life. He instructs my heart to follow Him.

Life is not bleak. It's vibrant. It's life giving. 

I am knowledgeable. I am wise. I am growing, and advancing in all areas of my life.

I am not bored with repetition that brings about a positive outcome. I am not afraid of self-improvement. I am fully capable of being my best self. With God's help,  I am becoming my best self without apologizing for it, in Jesus' name. Amen.

My soul will be still. In God I rest. I will rest my soul in the presence of God, and be refreshed. I will not grow tired. I refuse to be bothered. I will not be weighted down with the cares, deadlines, budgets or pressures of this life. I am not stressed out. I will take time to just breathe. I will take time to be still. I will enjoy moments and the momentum of rest. I will come to the presence of God and find rest. I am a man of God. God is healing me. I am set free from the stress, tears and fears plaguing my life that are weighing me down. Like Abraham, Jacob and Joshua, I will run to God. I am on the Lord's side. As for me and my household we will serve the Lord. I find strength, hope, faith, direction, salvation and instructions in the presence of God. I will turn to God for guidance.
