June 2026 Cultured Reflections, Resilience and a Reset- Session 4 Affirmations/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy

I will follow through. Change is not hard. I will remain focused, disciplined, and resolved concerning my goals and aspirations. I will continue to do what's best for me beyond  others opinions and limiting beliefs.

I am renewed in my mind on a daily basis. I am breaking bad habits. I am overcoming stereotypes and inferiority. I believe in myself.

God is with me. I walk in His truth. I will stand on His Word and principles. My life is the evolution of what God says about me.

I will not explain myself out of progressive change. I will stay away from criticism, negativity and those who are unwilling to better themselves.

I renounce the deficit of sabotage and self pity. I can change, and I will improve. My life is improving on a daily basis.

I renounce relationships that are agitating, negative, limiting, discouraging, and draining. I detox regularly from negative opinions and criticisms. I am taking steps, strides, and leaps in the right direction. I am making good decisions.

I renounce relationships and associations that are unfruitful, limiting, bias, and not mutually beneficial. I renounce relationships that only see me as I was not as I am. I renounce harsh outlooks of who I am, and who and what I can be.

I protect my mind, prayer life, plans, and privacy. I am persistent in what matters. I am not afraid to take action.

I hold myself and others accountable. I'm not afraid to assess myself and make the necessary adjustments to improve my weaknesses and correct my mistakes. I'm my own best advocate. I advocate for myself without fear or inferiority.

I am cautious in sharing my business and plans with others. I allow the Holy Spirit to guide me in the right direction. I follow His wisdom and guidance.

I am strong and focused. I am mentally strong, capable, and intentional. I don't deviate from my progress or goals.

I share my plans and open up to people who are trustworthy, accountable, and helpful. I am big on letting people see my results more than elaborating on my plans. I stay clear of argumentative people who stir up conflict and hinder my progress.

Lord, help me not to be foolish or argumentative. Help me to stay quiet and calm. Help me to make progress with a peaceful spirit like the Bible instructs me to do.

I am a good steward of my life. I am proactive. I move and think with discretion.

I am efficient. I put forth the necessary effort to change my life. I am meeting my goals with God's help.

My words align with my actions. I am a person of resolve and action. I follow through even when others fail to do so around me.

I renounce the resistance combating my progress and success. I renounce chaos, disunity, misunderstandings, and delays. I refute those that persistently agitate, delay, and derail my progress and success.

Lord, reveal people, places and things that are problematic in my life, and remove them. Give me peace. Create balance in my journey, relationships with others, and progress and success, in Jesus' name. Amen.
