No Explanation Necessary 

Stop telling everyone your business. Everyone doesn't need to know everything about you. The Bible says, "Live a quiet and peaceful life." (1Thessalonians 4:11-12).


Does that mean that you don't share updates about yourself? Ever? No, but it does mean that you are selective and wise with what you share and who you share your life with.

Everything you do should have a purpose and reason. If you don't have a legitimate purpose or reason for what you want to share, then don't share it. Oversharing your life can lead to unnecessary pressure, gossip and problems. 

Don't give stress a foothold in your life. (Ephesians 4:27). You can't stop people from commenting or gossiping. However, you can minimize the gossip, comments, and the affects they can have on your life and others lives.

People will gossip. That's humanity for you. But not all people are prone to gossip or prone to probe you for answers that aren't necessarily their business. 

I believe everyone is entitled to their own privacy and space. I'm one less person to worry about when it comes to being a busybody, with God's help. However, I do believe in accountability though. 

Hey. If you're wrong, you're wrong. On the contrary, being plain nosey isn't okay. No one likes feeling like their privacy and space is being invaded or jeopardized, especially by those they trust. 

Learn to ask. Never assume to know. Better yet, just keep out of it. There's no need to explain what isn't necessary to explain or what doesn't involve others.

Don't explain what's valid. Don't explain what's evident. Don't explain what's right. Just live your life without apologizing for your actions and responses.

No explanation is necessary all the time. No apologies need to be given when you're right. Be present, and purposeful. You're entitled to do that as a human being and a person.

My soul will be still. In God I rest. I will rest my soul in the presence of God, and be refreshed. I will not grow tired. I refuse to be bothered. I will not be weighted down with the cares, deadlines, budgets or pressures of this life. I am not stressed out. I will take time to just breathe. I will take time to be still. I will enjoy moments and the momentum of rest. I will come to the presence of God and find rest. I am a man of God. God is healing me.
