September 2026 Cultured Reflections, Resilience and a Reset- Session 1/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Can God Trust Your Leadership?

People are pleased or displeased with your leadership. But let's look at this more deeply.  Is God pleased with your leadership?

Can God trust you? Is He sitting in heaven shaking His head, or is He giving you the nod of approval? Trustworthy leaders lead with integrity and by example.

Trustworthy leaders care more about what God thinks about them than what people think about them. Trustworthy leaders aren't afraid to make decisions. However, before making decisions, they think things through. Then, they proceed with caution and intentionality.

Trustworthy leaders value integrity. They want to do what's right rather than winning all the time in a conversation. They understand that doing what's right is more valuable than being right for the sake of argument.

Note to self: Actions speak louder than words ever could.

God values integrity. If what you do or say doesn't align with integrity, then you have failed as a leader. Cutting corners will eventually lead you to a dead end on the road to success.

What happens when you come to a dead end at the end of the road? Three things happen for sure.

1. Progress stops.

2. You have to turn around, and reroute.

3. You lose time and momentum.

Has that ever happened to you? I'm sure it has. It's frustrating. Isn't it?

These three things run through your head. Don't they? I'm sure they do.

When this happens to you in leadership, breathe, think, and reroute. Don't cut corners. Yes, there's always a better way up and around, and even through, but cutting corners to get to your destination isn't the answer.

God can work through a well thought out plan. He can even shorten the time it may take to get there and get it all done. But if you cut corners you're communicating to God, "Your way is best. Moreover, you can do this and get there without Him."

YIKES!πŸ‘€

Well, if you're going to have that kind of mindset, don't expect God to get you out of a rut when you get into one. Trustworthy leaders seek guidance before they start their voyage. They get God involved before, during and after every process.

Don't look for people to validate you all of the time. They won't. Seek God's validation. The results are rewarding.
