Q. What is necessary for me to do in order to walk in my new self?

If you are not clothed with regeneration, you are vulnerable to the elements and bondage of sin.


Take hold of your Kingdom benefits through a life of regeneration through Jesus. Some people do not know what all God offers, because they fail to read the benefits package... the Word of God.

Come bodly before the throne of God's grace, and receive His mercy. Ask Him to meet your requests with divine solutions in your time of necessity. -Hebrews 4:16

Q. What is needed to access the throne of God's grace and to receive grace and mercy?

22 Put off the person you use to be. Walk in your new nature in Christ Jesus. Your old life was barren of redemptive life and wasting away little by little.

23 Everyday make time to be renewed in your attitude. Reinforce a new mindset of regeneration.

24 You have a new redemptive nature now. Put it on and wear It will. Your regenerated nature is made in the exact image and likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

Justification through faith in Jesus gives us access to God. Daily regeneration reveals the redemptive changes God is making in our lives.

Dear KU Ladies: Focus on you. Love you. Believe in you. Work on you everyday. Taking care of yourself is so important. Be proactive. Learn yourself and know yourself well. Listen to your intuition. I know we live in a culture where we depend heavily on doctor's and medicine. However, some things we experience can be cured just by changing how we eat and incorporating fitness and establishing a practical yet personal relationship with God. I get it. Some people may not need to go to the gym regularly to stay fit. God bless their good genes. However, many of us must incorporate fitness and good eating habits to maintain our health and wellness. I totally understand. Preferences. Beliefs. Everyone is entitled to choose what path they will follow. Whatever suits you.
