Cycles of Positive Thinking/Rashea@LLO2 Academy


Are you a positive thinker? 

If not, it's time to declutter your thoughts. Decluttering your negative thoughts can and will make room for positive thinking! When a thought is circling your mind, ask yourself, "Is this a positive thought?" If it isn't, replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. When you think positive, you will get a positive outcome eventually.

Be refreshed and restored in the attitude of your mind. -Romans 12:2

Answers to problems are positive solutions. Positive solutions are the result of positive thinking. Practice positive thinking exercises regularly. Take time throughout the day training your thoughts, emotions and actions to be positive.

You become what you practice. You practice what you think. You repetitiously think what you intentionally decide.

Yes! You can train your brain to think positive and to store positive data and responses. Yes! You can train yourself to be a positive person.

Being positive does not mean you will not feel negative emotions, but you can choose to turn your negative emotions into positive emotions based on how you think (Romans 12:2; Ephesians 4:23). THINK POSITIVE!

Impossible? Not when you choose to be positive. Impossible? Not when you choose to think positive.

You can be positive in negative circumstances and situations. You can train yourself to be a positive person. You can train yourself to be a positive thinker.

You can train yourself to be a forward thinker. What does forward thinking mean? Forward thinking means your thoughts are always set to think in a progressive way.

Explain further. A forward thinker communicates your mind is set to produce positive thoughts, positive emotions, positive actions and positive solutions
When your thoughts are set to think positive, your emotions will eventually align, because your positive thoughts are in control not your emotions.

Our emotions are sensory based by default. Our emotions are often times influenced by our senses and circumstances more than our thoughts are. Our emotions are reactive reactors by default.

How do we fix this? We must train our emotions to become active responders. We must train our emotions by sending responsive currents of positive thoughts to to our emotions. Our thoughts that are daily programmed to refresh and to restore all aspects of your lives will send positive messages to our emotions. Positive thinking will produce currents of positive responses to our emotions which will enable us to respond to circumstances and situations in a positive manner.




Just because a circumstance or a situation may call for you to take a more direct and stern approach to resolve challenges and conflict doesn't in anyway imply that you are being reactive or irrational. You can draw the line and put your foot down and yet be responsive.  Ask yourself... When taking action... did I pause to gather my emotions? Did I pause to gather my thoughts seeing the bigger picture and outcome? Did I proceed calmly even when the matter requires me to be direct, blunt and stern?

Remember... a positive response will result in some kind of resolve and advancement that relieves stress, anxiety, doubt, fear, tension, distractions, anger and/or pain. Positive responses bring a sense of unity. Positive responses heal, nurture and matures people and environments. 

Negative reactions can destroy the unity and bring division, tension, stress, fear, resentment, anger and injury to people and environments. Negative reactions can and will destroy the vision, its original intent and its momentum. Negative reactions destroy and regress people and environments.

We all can be a little more or maybe a lot more positive.🀣 I'm just saying.😏 "Practice makes us better." Your weaknesses in this area can become your greatest strengths when you work at them. Work regularly to make this your reality.
