Cultivating A Healthy & Positive Attitude Daily/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
Daily refresh... and be renewed in the spirit (the attitude... the spheres conducting and controlling your mood, emotions, decisions and intellect)... having a fresh invigorating and energizing mental, emotional and spiritual attitude and outlook on life).
-Ephesians 4:23
Constant is to endure and persevere in consistency; ongoing; without end; nonstop; a daily and consistent regimen; a habit or routine; a steady practice or exercise in mood, thought or behavior.
Now let's take each of these definitions of constant and utilize each one in Ephesians 4:23 to get a deeper and thorough understanding of this passage of Scripture at various angles of meaning and right interpretation.
.Constantly build moods, thoughts and behavioral patterns that reset and refresh your mental thoughts and attitude through the Word of God.
.Endure and persevere in consistent and daily renewal in your mind, emotions and in your spirit with the Word of God.
.Ongoingly be renewed in your mind, emotions and in your spirit with the Word of God.
.Without end be renewed in your intellect, emotions and in your spirit (heart, will and the innermost dwelling of your inner life where all life and existence flows) with the Word of God.
.Non stop be renewed mentally, emotionally and spiritually with the Word of God.
.Build and establish a consistent habitual regimen of being renewed mentally, emotionally and spiritually with the Word of God.
.Build a habit or routine of habitually resetting your mind, emotions and spirit to the Word of God.
.Build a steady practice or exercise that is geared toward refreshing your moods, thoughts and behavioral patterns through the Word of God.
Daily prayer, biblical meditation and devotional readings and studying God's Word are all effective and efficient ways we can renew (retool, correct, restore, reset, redeem, reconfigure & reconstruct) our minds with and through the Word of God. God wants to invigorate our lives. He wants to make us strong, healthy and full of energy that stems from the supernatural power of God.
Daily applying and regularly practicing God's Word helps us to grow in our daily lives and walk with God. Daily implementing God's Word builds and boost our confidence to habitually and authentically be our best self. When we are invigorated (revived, refreshed, enlivened, energized, exhilarated, excited about, uplifted, motivated, inspired, roused up, encouraged, strengthened, restored, and galvanized) with God's Word... it is much easier to behave and to think in a manner that pleases God.
