Styles Science Lab- How Is Oxygen and Ruach Related?

While in psychology class Styles discovered that neuroglia cells and neuron cells carry within themselves a life force. This life force gives power to the neuroglia cells and neuron cells that create surges of electrical currents or waves of power that enable the neuroglia cells to carry light, color, filtered information and nutrients from the brain to the other parts of the body. Neuroglia cells and neuron cells receive oxygen that flows from the heart and lungs through the blood to the brain.

Oxygen to the brain enables electrical currents, sound waves, color and transmitted information to navigate through the body with speed and force.πŸ™ƒ The oxygen coupled with transmitted messages flows through the body at the speed of light. Put your lips together and blow a piece of paper. That is a glimpse of the force of life or oxygen flowing through your body at the speed of light.

Later that night Styles was reading the Bible and discovered that science refers to air as oxygen. However, the Bible refers to oxygen as breath of life or ruach. Both science and the Bible agree that oxygen or ruach is needed to live, think and transmit messages from the mind and brain to the body.

"Be renewed in the ruach of your mind." -Ephesians 4:23 (Reference: Hebrew Meaning for Christian's)

Be renewed in the ruach of your mind means to be restored, refreshed or made new again in the inner life; the active life and power; the energy force; spirit; reason; will; conscious; conscience; divinity; the glory; spiritual anatomy; spiritual dynamics; personality; spiritual illumination; spiritual health and well-being; mentality; mental connection to God; the dynamics and created order of the mind.

The Amplified Version says, "Be renewed in the attitude of your mind." -Ephesians 4:23

Our attitude is our point of view; vantage point; how we perceive or see things; our perception; our way of thinking or looking at things; perspective; outlook; stance; inclination; stand point; orientation; approach; angle; opinion; ideas; imagination; belief; feelings; persuasion; thoughts; thinking; interpretation of thought; posture; demeanor; mindset; mood; notion; philosophy; reaction; proclivity; temperament; headspace; mental state; manner; aspect; disposition; knowledge of someone or something; tolerance; regard for or regard of.

The mind is made up of various complexities of receiving, filtering, sending, storing, transmitting information and active functions of the body. A healthy mind and brain requires daily maintenance. That means we must condition our minds to be healthy by daily refreshing them with the right information that gives life to every brain cell within our minds and brains.

The ruach of God transmits new breath, new wind, new air and new activations of the Holy Spirit's regeneration power and purpose to our minds and then to our brains. The Word of God and right knowledge flows from our brains to our bodies at the force and speed of light empowering our bodies to respond to the Word of God. New behaviors form as new thoughts form in alignment with God's Spirit, God's Word and God's nature.

Styles concluded that it is important to daily refresh your mental space. Declutter your mind of negative thoughts through focus, meditation and reading and rehearsing healthy thoughts. Embrace positive communication, ideas and the right knowledge.

Diffuse the myth that you can't change. YOU CAN! Re-evaluate your approach to life, people, places and things. Adjust whatever is imbalanced.

Seek to understand not just hort a bunch of head knowledge. Sort through the knowledge. Is it useful right now? If not store it away OR replace it with what is.

All the thoughts running through your mind should bring you closer to God and bring balance to your life. If they don't, discard them. Discover and actively work the spiritual anatomy, dynamics and illumination of God's Word into your daily life and to-do-list. Gather helpful information and reflect on thoughts that do bring you closer to God, that bring you into balance and recharges your focus.
