Kingdom Leadership 2024- Producing Productive Profit Through Faith/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy- Leadership Edition

It is your obligation to trust your vision when others fail to see the value in it or the immediate profit from it. It is your obligation to trust your intuition when others weigh logic and what is against what God has said and what He said will be. You have an obligation to trust what God has said over what others are saying that is contrary to what God has said will be.

Circumstances change by faith and by acts of obedience. Doubt, stress, worry, anxiety and frustration dissolves the presence of faith and acts of faith. And on the contrary, faith dissolves the presence of fear and acts of unbelief.

What if this doesn't work? What if it does work?

What if this is a waste of time, money and effort? What if it isn't?

Let me tell you this solemn truth. People sometimes fear your success more than they fear your failure. Moreover, sometimes people will celebrate your failures more than they do your successes.

Why is that? Jealousy. Insecurity. The fear of losing their identity through achievements and commodities.

Some people don't know who they are aside from their success. A lack of success or the thought of someone else having more success than they sends them into fear, anxiety and frustration. People don't always fear being successful. They fear others being more successful than themselves. So they pose fear, frustration, doubt and anxiety into the minds and hearts of others around them to maintain a sense of stability and domination over others and circumstances.

Jesus encourages us to have faith in God. Jesus also challenges our doubts, fears, frustrations and stress. "Oh ye of little faith. Have faith in God. Do you believe? Only believe and do not doubt. According to your faith. Let it be done just as You have said." These are all passages of Scripture where God encourages our faith.

Jesus encourages us to live faith based lives. Faith, like doubt, has the ability to bring into existence what will be and what you believe. Your outcome is the byproduct of what you believe or don't believe.

It hasn't happened yet. Let me ask you a question. Do plants grow overnight?

Unless it is a miracle, the logical answer to that is no. You sow to grow, but growth is a photosynthesizing process of: Sowing the seed into fertile healthy soil that has be tilted and cultivated and in the proper climate, with  water, sunlight and time it grows. Am I right?

Planning, planting and process produces productivity.

Let me ask you. What are you doing in the wait. Do you wait and worry? Or do you wait and work? Busy yourself with other things that you can do in the meantime.

Remember what the Book of Ecclesiastics says, "Do not sparingly sow your seed. Have faith, take action and sow liberally. For you know not what direction the harvest will come when you apply this method of sowing and reaping (Ecclesiastics 11:6)."

Unbelief and logic from the human intellect will attempt to convince you that you did not hear from God. Faith and intuition within your spirit will confirm that you did hear from God. How will you know if you heard from God? You will experience confirmation after confirmation that you heard from God along the way. Your life will produce the fruit of your intuition and faith.

I am learning that people who don't want to see you win in life will try to force your into defeat. I am also learning that people who don't want to see you win in life hope that you fail. They riot your failure, in fear that you just might succeed beyond their fears of your success.πŸ™ƒ

Those that want to see you win in life will celebrate your success while they succeed too. They will also encourage you to keep going when you do fail. Jesus had little tolerance with those who stirred up fear and unbelief. The Bible says, "Only those who had faith remained in the room."

Jesus knows that doubt hinders faith. Satan is the author and father of unbelief. You cannot profit from fear and unbelief. You must believe in the midst of unprofitable fear, dread and doubt.

Historical figures of greatness believed and did what others said wouldn't and couldn't be done. They believed the impossible was possible! They put their fears and doubts behind them, and in faith they launched out into greater possibilities. The outcome? Productive profit produced through faith.

Microwave success is unreasonable and unrealistic. Success takes faith, time, effort and a workable work ethic. Your path to success should have sustenance and steps not just a path.

Who else dares to follow your lead? Who else has seen success from the path that you have taken? Your consumers are your profit. The impact of your faith should improve the environments and lives of others not just your own.

Faith doesn't mean you will get it right all the time. However, it does mean that eventually you will get it right and develop a vision and a plan that works! Faith requires repetitive steps of faith. Do it again; try it again, until you get the right results. Avoid what didn't work, and do and develop what does work.
