Lord, help me to lean on my faith and into my intuition when following the vision and path that you have for me in life and in leadership. I value Your Word over others preferences and opinions. Help me not to be distressed, distracted or discouraged by the opinions and preferences of others. Help me to daily take steps of faith and obey Your direction for my life and leadership. Help me to overcome the hindrances and fears of others who fear my success and achievements. As I wait on you to act on my behalf, help me to busy myself with what I can accomplish in the meantime. I trust Your timing and Your guidance. Help me to focus on doing what You said. Thank You for the gradual growth and fruit that my vision, life and leadership yields. I bind the spirit of doubt, fear, anxiety, frustration and discouragement from my life and leadership. I will trust You with the seeds that I have sown in faith and obedience. I thank You for the harvest that is now and that is to come, in Jesus name. Amen.
