I like being calm. I like being serene. And I love peace. Peace within and peace around me.


It takes effort. It takes awareness. It takes me making my peace a top priority, and trust me. It is.

It's the way I am wired. Stressful people can stress me out.🙃😐👀 So... I have learned in my 40's to limit my interactions with stressful people to maintain the order of my inner sanctum of peace and calm.

I cannot do drama for long periods of time. I know my limits. I am not into astrology, but for many years, I know that having balance is important to me. It just so happens to be apart of my makeup as a libra.

Balance. Calm. Peace. Contentment.

As you get older, your perspective changes. Your tolerance for foolishness changes. At least for this 42 year old it has.

Patience? Yes. Understanding? Absolutely. 

However, progression and productivity wins over foolishness, time wasters and agitators of what is a fruitful life to me in this stage of my life.

Being at peace and being calm makes me feel better on the inside. They are the ebs and flow in life. Finding my rhythm in my 40's has been part journey and part a fleet of nature. 

Some things nature and time controls. Find your ebs and flow and maintain your inner calm and good health. Choose what makes you happy, keeps you healthy and at peace.

You cannot always change the disposition of others, but you can maintain your inner sanctum of peace and calm. Everyone doesn't value being peaceful, calm and content, but I do. As King Solomon said, greed and discontentment is all vanity. What is meant to be yours will come to you. It will find you and be a blessing to you.

There's no need to stress yourself out trying to force the force of life to be. Just be. And within the ebs and flow of life in your 40's and beyond just learn to be healthy, at peace, calm and content.
