I will practice self-control.

I will control what words come out of my mouth. When I do speak, my words will be uplifting and full of truth. My words will be gracious toward others, as God leads me to speak. 

Although it is easier said then done, I will put it to practice. I will respond. I will try my best not to react to my peers, social media or the negativity around me. When I do, Lord help me.

My earth is in balance. I will think responsively. I will speak with grace.

I will be honest, yet gracious. I will try my best not to say things that can lead to regret.

I will seek Jesus for the right words to say. Let my words please God not critics. Help me to effectively overcome criticisms and confrontations with others.

Depending on the circumstances, help me to stand my ground and speak the truth. 

.Help me not to say anything at all when tempted to react to drama. 

.Help me to avoid conflict and crowds that lead to trouble. 

.Help me to withdrawal from everyone and go pray to God the Father for guidance, Wisdom and strength.

.Help me to be honest.

.Help me to practice being quiet.

.Help me to avoid unnecessary crowds and conflict.

.Help me to have quiet time with God.

Help me to be responsive and not impulsive. Thank you Jesus for leaving us a biblical road map to overcoming conflict. The world we live in always wants a reaction, but help me to respond with the Word of God.

Jesus, give me guidance and self-control in my responses to my peers and social media's havoc. This I decree, in Jesus name.  Amen.
