Move with Ease; the Best Practices for Focus

Create space in your life in order to move with a greater sense of ease, intentionality, integrity and focus. Come on. Declutter those thoughts. Make room for fresh perspective, creativity and sound counsel.

Make room for better health, relationships,  financial stewardship, better decisions and for those in your life who do the same. Make room and stop hoarding things you know you haven't used in years and months. Breathe easier, see further, and go the distance.

Come on. You can do it! You need to do this. Don't you think it's time?

Psychology and science both confirm that decluttering and organizing your space and  life can and will improve your thinking, eating habits, mental focus, and ability to breathe easier and live a healthier more fulfilling life.

This is a proven fact. When you feel overwhelmed by clutter, you waste time and lack the energy and effort to get your chores and goals done. Clutter impacts the brains energy and neuron cells needed to create positive thoughts and patterns for maximizing your movement and focus, and minimizing the clutter.

Did you know that clutter can become so overwhelming that it can become a nagging distraction? Worse yet, clutter can lead to avoidance and depression. Have you ever been around a hoarder? They're psychologically and emotionally attached to the problem and not the solution.

Hoarders make excuses on why they can't let something go. They grow irritable or anxious when asked to let it go. They even grow depressed or become stressed out when departing with the things they no longer use or forgot they even had.πŸ‘€πŸ™ƒ

You can be free from hoarding and clutter. You can move with greater ease and focus. Here are some practical steps you can utilize to help you minimize or eliminate the habit of hoarding, and maximize your space and results.

1. Acknowledge you have a hoarding problem.

2. Honestly, analyze the situation.

3. Locate what is causing wasted space, and a lack of energy or effort.

4. Ask yourself, "How long did I have this item? Am I currently utilizing it, for what purposes and how often? Is there a practical and better solution I could incorporate?"

5. Is it relevant and up-to-date?

6. Next, based on these practical questions, organize and put into a pile what needs to go or stay.

7. Find an accountability partner who will hold you accountable for minimizing or eliminating your clutter.

8. Give yourself a time frame by which you must minimize or eliminate the pile of clutter.

9. Take a moment to observe your space. Analyze how you feel psychologically, physically and emotionally, after decluttering your space and life.

10. Purchase things that are relevant and that will get the best usage of your time and effort. Invest in things that maximize your focus and results.

11. Stay consistent.

12. Periodically analyze and declutter your space and life when necessary.

13. Don't revert back to a life of clutter that can restrict your energy, focus, movement, growth or results.
